These fresh sakes are produced in small batches, making them a rare seasonal treat.

Curated Sake Pairing Experience: Guests will receive seven expertly selected sakes, with a selection crafted small plates to enhance the flavors of each sake.
Sake Experts to Guide You: Four of our favorite sake sommeliers will be on hand to walk you through each pairing, offering insights and recommendations.
Tasting Stations: Additional sake tasting stations will be set up throughout the restaurant, allowing guests to explore even more unique and seasonal sakes while learning about their brewing process, flavor profiles, and cultural significance.
